The platform we run

Most of what we build sits on one platform that we operate ourselves. The CRM our clients log in to, and the app behind our Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp integrations, are the same thing.

MindTech CRM brings a business's Facebook Page messages, Instagram direct messages, WhatsApp conversations, website chat and email into one inbox, alongside its contacts, pipeline and automations. An AI assistant can answer the first message, and a person can take over at any point in the conversation.

A business connects its own Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number to its own workspace. Each one keeps its own data and its own permissions, and Juna Dev builds and operates the platform underneath.
